30 November 4.30 pm: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath and Gongs

YIN YOGA & SOUND BATH (Tibetan bells, gongs and other ancestral instruments)
Two techniques and two paths of listening and transformation, which together enhance the self-healing processes that each of us can access. During the session, a harmonious synergy will be created where yin yoga practice (conducted at a level accessible to all) will prepare body and mind to receive the beneficial effects of sound vibrations more easily and deeply.
Right from the start and also in the following days we will feel how the circulation of our vital energy will be stimulated and the cells of our body will be purified and regenerated.

Yin yoga is a very introspective style of yoga. One enters a position slowly and gradually and then holds it for a few minutes. This type of practice is inspired by the Taoist principle of Yin and Yang and works on the connective tissue, tendons and joints. It balances the flow of Qi (Prana, Vital Energy) and stimulates the internal organs by working on the body’s energy meridians.
