Yoga and Meditation Teacher (300 RYT)
Marina has been practising sport since she was a child. She approaches yoga as a personal practice.
She first became a teacher of postural gymnastics and pilates, then in 2018 completed a 200-hour Vinyasa course at Italia Power Yoga in Florence. The practice continues with 100 hours of advanced power yoga to teach the handstand technique and deepen the study of chakras and the benefit of certain asanas for health.
Marina practices, teaches and studies vinyasa, pilates and meditation.
She is passionate about naturopathy and essential oils.
Music is a fundamental part of her classes. She is honoured to embark on this path of growth and discovery.
