It is ideal for people starting Pilates for the first time, for those who have suffered an injury and need to get back into shape through a non-invasive workout, and for those looking to improve strength, alignment and flexibility. Small objects such as elastic belts, balls and weights are used in some classes. Pilates classes are aimed at coordination and complete connection between body and mind.
