A day of yoga, meditation, and hiking in the woods<\/p>\n

At the Acquerino Cantagallo Nature Reserve (a protected area within the Prato Apennines)<\/p>\n

There are places where silence is not an absence, but a presence.<\/p>\n

Places where noise fades away, your breath changes rhythm, and nature slowly brings you back to yourself.<\/p>\n

For a day, we will leave the daily hustle and bustle behind to immerse ourselves in the heart of the Acquerino Cantagallo Nature Reserve, a protected area within the Prato Apennines (60\u201375 minutes by car from Florence), surrounded by fir trees, fresh air, forest trails, and the essential sounds of nature.<\/p>\n

We will walk slowly, practice yoga surrounded by nature, meditate near the waterfall, and take the time to truly listen to the beauty within and around us.<\/p>\n

The wind through the trees, the sound of birds, the connection with the earth: everything becomes part of the practice.<\/p>\n

An invitation to open yourself to inner silence, to slow down, and to rediscover an authentic space of presence.<\/p>\n

A special Sunday to enjoy together with the Yoga in Centro community.<\/p>\n

Schedule for the day<\/p>\n

8:15 AM – Meet at Porta Romana or at the Firenze Nord service area (depending on where you live)<\/p>\n

9:30 AM – Meet up, park cars, and start the hike<\/p>\n

10:00 AM – Easy hike through the woods<\/p>\n

A walk of about 20 minutes to reach the practice location<\/p>\n

10:30 AM – Anusara Yoga practice<\/p>\n

12:30 PM – Lunch<\/p>\n

2:30 PM – Easy hike to the White Swan Waterfall<\/p>\n

(approximately 20\u201330-minute walk)<\/p>\n

3:15 PM – Immersive meditation in the woods near the White Swan Waterfall, followed by a return to the yoga practice location<\/p>\n

4:30 PM – Detox Yin Yoga session<\/p>\n

6:30 PM – End of the day and return<\/p>\n

The day is also open to those with no trekking or advanced yoga experience.<\/p>\n

Bring: comfortable clothing (long pants and a sweatshirt\u2014it gets cool in the woods), hiking shoes, a yoga mat, a blanket, a towel to place under the mat, a packed lunch, and a water bottle.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll be able to fill your water bottle with fresh, pure water from the spring.<\/p>\n
