Lorena Vedelago
Anusara Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga
Lorena Vedelago started practicing Yoga in 2008, making yoga her lifestyle, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2012 she began teaching Hatha Yoga and practicing the Anusara method by attending regular classes and workshops with world-renowned teachers.
In 2017, after moving to Italy, she collaborated on the annual Anusara Yoga School event in Merano, Italy, participating in seminars on Philosophy and Anatomy applied to yoga.
In 2019, she obtained the qualification to teach Anusara Elements (200-hour training), continuing to update her knowledge with seminars and workshops in the Anusara method.
In 2021 she received a diploma in the Yin Yoga Training method with Dhugal Meachem (200-hour training) and Qiology (100-hour training). In 2025 she graduated as a Women's Wellness Practitioner (Three-year training) with the School of the Sacred Feminine by Maria Laura Bonfanti.
Furthermore, during her studies she acquired knowledge in various other fields such as flower therapy, cellular reprogramming, Reiki, astrology, and tarot. Since 2022 she has approached a path in the Andean Shamanic Tradition with anthropologist Dario Astengo.
Lorena has been teaching regularly since 2011 in Buenos Aires and Florence: group classes, individual classes tailored to the person's needs, masterclasses, in-depth seminars, and individual treatments for women's wellness.
