Un incontro rivolto alla donna in quanto persona che sente, si esprime e agisce all’interno di ciascun ruolo, da quello familiare a quello professionale a quello amicale.
Spesso la naturale empatia femminile e la ricchezza della dimensione emozionale viene vissuta come punto di fragilità creando presso noi stesse una tendenza a sentirsi inadeguate.
Di fatto sapere riconoscere i punti forti della propria dimensione emotiva permette di sviluppare una comunicazione assertiva intesa come la capacità di esprimere i propri bisogni e le proprie ragioni.

A meeting aimed at women as persons who feel, express and act within each role, from family to professional to friendship.
Often the natural feminine empathy and the richness of the emotional dimension is experienced as a point of fragility, creating in ourselves a tendency to feel inadequate.
In fact, knowing how to recognise the strengths of one’s own emotional dimension allows one to develop assertive communication understood as the ability to express one’s own needs and reasons.
