Sunday 20 September ⋅ 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm
Yin Yoga & Sound Bath with Lorena and Elisa G.

September, a time to settle back into routine.
Summer gives way to the rhythms of everyday life: we return to work, commitments multiply and the body calls for a new balance. After weeks of heat and enforced downtime, it’s time to recharge and prepare the nervous system for the new season.

We invite you to an afternoon dedicated to Yin Yoga and a Sound Bath, featuring 432 Hz crystal bells, Tibetan bells and planetary gongs. Yin poses, held for long periods in a passive and receptive manner, work on the deep tissues and release accumulated tension. The pure vibrations of sound accompany this process, offering a restorative break in which mind and body can finally rest.

The combination of Yin and sound vibrations promotes grounding, inner listening and deep regeneration. A space to step away from the hustle and bustle of getting back into the swing of things, gather your energy and start afresh with greater awareness.

LEZIONI PRINCIPANTI – PROVA GRATUITA

Lunedì 17:30 – 18.30 Yoga Dolce e in Gravidanza

Perfect for pregnant women (subject to medical clearance), those suffering from stiffness, or anyone looking for a less intense practice.

Thursday 11.00 – 12.00 Sivananda Yoga for beginners
A gentle, structured programme of classical yoga. The class follows the Sivananda method, which combines breathing exercises (Pranayama), the Sun Salutation, held asanas and deep relaxation. Each session is designed to develop strength, flexibility and mindfulness in a gradual way that respects the body. Thursday 19:30 – 20:30 Anusara Hatha Yoga for beginners
Anusara is a dynamic and creative method with no fixed sequences. Each class is built around a specific theme and gradually prepares the body to reach a final peak pose. Based on principles of universal alignment, it combines anatomical precision with fluidity of movement. Philosophically, it is inspired by non-dual Tantric Shaivism, integrating stability, grounding and openness of the heart.

FREE TRIAL on Thursday 17 and 24 September.MEDITATION – FREE TRIAL

Thursday 12:10 – Pranayama and Meditation
A practice focused on the breath and inner stillness, to learn how to cultivate mindfulness and mental stability. Pranayama is the art of regulating and directing Prāṇa, the vital energy that circulates through the body via the breath. Through specific techniques of inhalation, exhalation and breath retention, Pranayama purifies the energy channels, calms the nervous system and prepares the mind for meditation. It is not simply a matter of ‘breathing better’, but of using the breath as a tool to directly influence one’s physical, emotional and mental state. Ānāpāna meditation (or Ānāpānasati, ‘mindfulness of inhalation and exhalation’) is the practice of observing the breath as it is, without altering it, focusing attention on the natural sensations of inhalation and exhalation. This practice develops concentration, presence and awareness of the transient nature of every experience.

FREE TRIAL on Thursday 17 and 24 September.
