Friday, April 17⋅7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Seventh Women’s Circle

“Mandala of the Elements. Harmony Between Inner and Outer.”

with Elisa Batelli and Lorena

Air, water, fire, and earth: the four elements that flow through us and sustain us.

They are in nature, all around us, but also within us. We are not separate from our surroundings: we are part of a continuous flow, in constant connection with these energies.

Each element brings different qualities—lightness, transformation, fluidity, stability—and each of us resonates uniquely with these aspects. Recognizing them can become a valuable guide for living with greater balance and awareness.

This circle is part of the journey we are undertaking on cyclicality, connecting the four elements with feminine archetypes, the phases of the cycle, and the seasons, guiding us to recognize our nature, our constitution, and the elements that are most present for us.

Through the body, movement, meditation, voice, and creativity, we will explore these energies to connect more deeply with ourselves, with what we feel, and with our rhythms. The circle is a space for sharing where, through words, glances, and the experiences of others, what we are going through can emerge, become clearer, and find support.

The circle is open to everyone, including first-time participants.

Fee: €20 for subscribers / €25 for non-subscribers
