Yin Yoga & Sound Bath with planetary gongs, Tibetan bells and 432 Hz quartz bells with Monica and Elisa Guerrini
Autumn brings with it a natural invitation to slow down: the days are getting shorter, the air is turning cooler and, after the summer, the body is seeking to regain a new balance. It is time to recharge your energy and prepare your mind and nervous system for the change of season.
We invite you to an afternoon dedicated to Yin Yoga and a Sound Bath featuring 432 Hz quartz bells, Tibetan bells and gongs.
Yin poses, held for long periods in a passive and receptive manner, work on the deep tissues and release accumulated tension. The pure vibrations of sound accompany this process, offering a restorative break in which mind and body can finally rest.
A brief note on science: for over four hundred years, Western medicine has described the human body as a system comprising two major fluid circuits: the cardiovascular and the lymphatic. Connective tissue – the fascia – was regarded as a simple structural scaffold, static and passive. Traditional Chinese medicine, on the other hand, has for millennia spoken of meridians: channels through which vital energy flows. Today, scientific research has identified a network of fluid-filled connective tissue that runs throughout the body, known as the interstitium: a fluid-filled space that connects organs, muscles and fasciae, and which also reacts to touch and pressure. Working on the deep tissues, as is done in Yin Yoga, therefore means moving precisely along these internal pathways.
The combination of Yin and sound vibrations promotes grounding, inner listening and deep regeneration. A space to let go of the hustle and bustle of returning to daily life, gather your energy and welcome autumn with greater awareness.
