September is a month of transition, we gather all the energy of the summer sun and prepare for the colder, retreating season.

– Chakra Balance (30 minutes): a basic re-harmonisation for the energy centres of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body
– Complete (90 minutes): a deep natural healing and wellness treatment that works on all major organs, chakras, joints, muscle strips, lymphatic, nervous and circulatory systems.
– Mental (30 minutes): this is the most powerful treatment you can receive that interrupts mental brooding and stress to make room for peace and harmony.

Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho means ‘The art of natural healing according to the Usui method’. It is a discipline of Japanese origin with millenary roots that embraces Vedic, Buddhist and Shinto traditions.
