Kobido is an ancient Japanese manual technique that provides an effective natural lifting of the face, neck and décolleté. Presentation of the route

The teaching of the Andean Tradition has been subdivided by Don Juan Nuñez del Prado – who is the one who has recovered and systematised it in thirty years of work alongside the indigenous masters – into three teaching modules: Phaña (the right side), Chaupi (the middle side), Lloque (the left side).

These three modules form the gateway to the resources and knowledge needed by a Paqo (practitioner of the Andean Tradition) and constitute the Amaru Cycle.
Subsequently, for those who wish to further deepen their knowledge of the tradition, there are two more cycles: the Cycle of the Puma and the Cycle of the Condor. Here we will explore the various possibilities of the Paqo to make use of tradition to intervene in the world around him in a competent and effective manner. The modules of the second and third cycles are the result of work carried out over the last twelve years by Dario Astengo – anthropologist and researcher – in the Peruvian regions of Q’Ero, Ausangate and Titicaca.

✤ Phaña – The Right Side [17/18 FEBRUARY 2024] – 09.30/18.00 –

Connecting to the energies of the cosmos, transforming heavy energies, initiation into the Inka lineage. In this seminar the techniques of the Phaña, or right side of the tradition, from the teachings of the indigenous master Don Benito Qoriwaman of the Wasau community will be taught. The techniques in this module teach how to effectively connect and enter into relationship with the world of living energies that surround us. Activating the power of Yachay, i.e. knowledge through the direct experience of energy, is the mystical and structural side of the teaching. Through the work of connecting with the energies of the cosmos and by receiving formal initiation into the Inka lineage, one learns to manage and transform the heavy energies, to navigate between the different forms of energy and relationships, and teaches the practitioner to develop a harmonious and personal relationship with the living cosmos, leading him or her to be constantly nourished and empowered.

✤ Chaupi – The Middle Side [23/24 MARCH 2024] – 09.30/18.00 –

Healing through birth, death, the integration of relationships and the power of love with willingness.
In this seminar the techniques belonging to the teachings of the master Don Andres Espinoza of Q’ero will be taught. The practices in this module teach how to activate the ability to heal oneself and others through the cultivation of the Munay, the power of the heart. Chaupi is the part of the tradition most related to healing, and therefore focuses on this life, the reality between birth and death and the energies we share with other human beings, transforming the reality of social relationships into a source of power and healing. Through work on opening and interconnecting energy centres and a sequence of collective practices and energy circles, we will experience the creative and healing potential of integrating ourselves and others.

✤ Lloque – The Left Side – date to be confirmed in April
The help of allies to activate the energetic core of the individual, manifest inner magical potential and transform our reality. In this module, techniques from the teachings of Don Melchor Deza of the Wasau community will be taught. This part of the teaching focuses on the use of energy to transform everyday reality in a concrete way, and is therefore considered the magical and practical side of the tradition. Working from within the human energy structure, the magical and transformative potential of the individual’s energy core is contacted. With the help of intelligent energy forms called allies, it is possible to refine, activate inner energies, and manifest them as true powers, moving energy through sight, voice and movement. After the work of connecting and integrating the energies of the cosmos with the right side, and the development of healing energy and relationships with the middle side, with the left side it is finally possible to acquire tools to manifest all qualities in an individual way, directly from the core of human potential, finally giving body and form to one’s own power personal power.

Trainers:

SIMONE GIANNINI
A professional Shiatsu operator, over the years he has experienced various energetic-spiritual paths, following an existential transformation. Among these, in addition to Shiatsu, the most important and formative have been Astroschamanism with Franco Santoro, Reiki, and finally the Andean Spiritual Tradition, which he has learnt and practised over the last seven years through the teachings of Massimo Romagnolo and Dario Astengo, and also receiving initiations and knowledge from several Andean masters from the Q’Ero nation. It is a learning and research that continues to this day, with the intention, in addition to pursuing personal growth, of supporting and helping people who need it to recover and maintain their energetic, psycho-physical and emotional balance and to follow their own evolutionary path.

DARIO ASTENGO
Anthropologist, scholar of cosmovision, spirituality and ritual practices of indigenous peoples and archaic or traditional societies. He dedicates his research to the knowledge of living energy through different disciplines and spiritual traditions, discovering and devoting himself above all to shamanic arts. In addition to working with different shamans from various parts of South America, the Amazon from Siberia and the Himalayas, since 2008 he has been particularly dedicated to the Andean spiritual path, in which he was initiated and trained by Juan Nuñez Del Prado, and which he later deepened by travelling and living in the Andes, working directly with dozens of indigenous masters in their communities, receiving all their teachings and initiations from them. Author of the most recent discoveries on the Andean Mystical Tradition, he currently focuses his research in the regions of Q’eros, Ausangate, Cusco and the Sacred Valley of Cusco, the coast and islands of Lake Titicaca. In the course of his constant research, he lives travelling through these indigenous communities collecting teachings and learning the shamanic arts of these traditions.

Presentazione del percorso
L’insegnamento della Tradizione Andina è stata suddivisa da Don Juan Nuñez del Prado – che è colui che l’ha recuperata e sistematizzata in un lavoro trentennale a fianco dei maestri indigeni – in tre moduli didattici: Phaña (il lato destro), Chaupi (il lato di mezzo), Lloque (il lato sinistro).

Questi tre moduli costituiscono la via di accesso alle risorse e conoscenze necessarie a un Paqo (praticante della Tradizione Andina) e costituiscono il Ciclo del Amaru. Successivamente, per coloro che desiderano approfondire ulteriormente la conoscenza della tradizione, ci sono altri due cicli: il Ciclo del Puma e il Ciclo del Condor. Dove si andrà a esplorare le varie possibilità del Paqo di fare uso della tradizione per intervenire nel mondo che lo circonda in modo competente ed efficace. I moduli del secondo e terzo ciclo sono frutto del lavoro svolto negli ultimi dodici anni da Dario Astengo – antropologo e ricercatore – nelle regioni peruviane di Q’Ero, Ausangate e Titicaca.

Connessione alle energie del cosmo, trasformare le energie pesanti, iniziazione al lignaggio Inka. In questo seminario verranno insegnate le tecniche del Phaña, o lato destro della tradizione, provenienti dagli insegnamenti del maestro indigeno Don Benito Qoriwaman della comunità di Wasau. Le tecniche di questo modulo insegnano a connettersi ed entrare efficacemente in relazione con il mondo delle energie viventi che ci circondano. Attivando il potere di Yachay ossia la conoscenza attraverso l’esperienza diretta dell’energia, è per questo considerato il lato mistico e strutturale dell’insegnamento. Tramite il lavoro di connessione con le energie del cosmo e ricevendo l’iniziazione formale il lignaggio Inka, si impara a gestire e trasformare le energie pesanti, a orientarsi tra le diverse forme di energia e relazione, e si insegna al praticante a sviluppare una relazione armonica e personale con il cosmo vivente, portandolo ad esserne costantemente alimentato e potenziato.

✤ Chaupi – Il lato di mezzo [23/24 MARZO 2024] – Ore 09.30/18.00 –

Guarigione attraverso la nascita, la morte, l’integrazione delle relazioni e il potere dell’amore con volontà.
In questo seminario si insegneranno le tecniche appartenenti agli insegnamenti del maestro Don Andres Espinoza di Q’ero. Le pratiche di questo modulo insegnano ad attivare la capacità di guarire sé stessi e gli altri attraverso la coltivazione del Munay, il potere del cuore. Il Chaupi è la parte della tradizione più legata alla guarigione, e per questo si focalizza su questa vita, la realtà compresa tra la nascita e la morte e le energie che condividiamo con gli altri esseri umani, trasformando la realtà delle relazioni sociali in una fonte di potere e guarigione. Attraverso lavoro di apertura e interconnessione dei centri energetici e una sequenza di pratiche collettive e cerchi di energia, sperimenteremo il potenziale creativo e curativo dell’integrazione di sé stessi e degli altri.

✤ Lloque – Il lato sinistro – data da confermare ad aprile
L’aiuto degli alleati per attivare il nucleo energetico dell’individuo, manifestare le potenzialità magiche interiori e trasformare la nostra realtà. In questo modulo verranno insegnate le tecniche appartenenti dagli insegnamenti di Don Melchor Deza della comunità di Wasau. Questa parte dell’insegnamento focalizza
sull’uso dell’energia per trasformare la realtà quotidiana in modo concreto, e per questo è considerato il lato magico e pratico della tradizione. Lavorando dall’interno della struttura energetica umana, si contattano le potenzialità magiche e trasformative del nucleo energetico dell’individuo. Grazie all’aiuto di forme di energia intelligente chiamate alleati, è possibile raffinare, attivare le energie interiori, e manifestarle come poteri veri e propri, muovendo energia attraverso la vista, la voce e il movimento. Dopo il lavoro di connessione e integrazione delle energie del cosmo con il lato destro, e lo sviluppo dell’energia curativa e delle
relazioni con il lato di mezzo, con il lato sinistro è infine possibile acquisire strumenti per manifestare tutte le qualità in maniera individuale, direttamente dal nucleo delle potenzialità umane, dando finalmente corpo e forma il proprio potere personale.

Operatore professionale Shiatsu, negli anni ha esperito diversi percorsi energetico- spirituali, a seguito di una trasformazione esistenziale. Tra questi, oltre allo Shiatsu, i più importanti e formativi sono stati l’Astrosciamanesimo con Franco Santoro, il Reiki, e infine la Tradizione spirituale andina, che ha appreso e praticato negli ultimi sette anni attraverso gli insegnamenti di Massimo Romagnolo e Dario Astengo, e ricevendo inoltre iniziazioni e conoscenze da diversi maestri andini della nazione Q’Ero. E’ un apprendimento e una ricerca che continua tuttora, con l’intenzione, oltre a proseguire nella crescita personale, di supportare e aiutare le persone che ne hanno bisogno a recuperare e mantenere il proprio equilibrio energetico, psico-fisico, emotivo e a percorrere il proprio sentiero evolutivo.

DARIO ASTENGO
Antropologo, studioso della cosmovisione, della spiritualità e delle pratiche rituali dei popoli indigeni e delle società arcaiche o tradizionali. Dedica la sua ricerca alla conoscenza dell’energia vivente attraverso differenti discipline e tradizioni spirituali, scoprendo e dedicandosi soprattutto alle arti sciamaniche. Oltre ad aver lavorato con diversi sciamani da varie parti del Sudamerica, dall’Amazzonia, dalla Siberia e dall’Himalaya, dal 2008 si dedica particolarmente al sentiero spirituale andino, nel quale è stato iniziato e addestrato da Juan Nuñez Del Prado, e che ha in seguito approfondito viaggiando e vivendo nelle Ande, lavorando direttamente con decine di maestri indigeni nelle loro comunità, ricevendo da loro tutti i loro insegnamenti e le loro iniziazioni. Autore delle più recenti scoperte sulla Tradizione Mistica Andina, attualmente concentra la sua ricerca nelle regioni di Q’eros, Ausangate, Cusco e Valle Sacra del Cusco, sulla costa e sulle isole del lago Titicaca. Nel corso della sua costante ricerca, vive viaggiando per queste comunità indigene raccogliendo insegnamenti e apprendendo le arti sciamaniche di queste tradizioni.
